Desiree Ann L. Fermin
Life has a way of leading you where you’re meant to be. I started in nursing, thinking that was my path, but I quickly realized my passion was elsewhere. I spent over a decade in the BPO industry, working remotely for the last 10 years, mastering customer service, recruitment, data management, and social media.
What really excites me is funnel design and building. I love creating systems that help businesses grow, whether it’s a coach attracting more clients or an online seller boosting sales. Seeing a well-built funnel work its magic never gets old.
Outside of work, my world revolves around my family. I’m happily married with four amazing kids, and when I’m not designing funnels, you’ll find me reading, watching movies, listening to music, or on the volleyball court, where I’m also training as a coach.
